I have the best boyfriend in the world.
For Valentine’s Day, he bought me Roller Coaster Tycoon Platinum for my Mac after hearing me talk about how much I loved playing that game when I was a kid and that I wish I could play it now.
Not to mention he bought me Paul’s new album and really amazing chocolate.
His thoughtfulness never ceases to amaze me and I love him so much.

I made chocolate bread pudding which is a favorite of my mom and dad and I wound up winning! They had four different categories- cakes, cookies/bars, pies/tarts and other. I was so nervous when they were announcing the winners and then they called my name and I was so happy!
